Darlings the stars wore the best old clothes and walked to the Environmental Media Awards. We’re assuming. At any rate, the EMAs, which recognize Hollywood productions that prioritize sustainability or are about sustainability, gave Laura Dern the Ongoing Commitment Award for her, well… ongoing commitment to sustainability, not to mention her role as the narrator and producer of the environmental documentary Common Ground. All her celebu-pals came out to cheer for her. The looks were low-key, as we would expect.
Auli’i Cravalho in Jonathan Simkhai
Cute and well styled, although we don’t like the uneven hem situation.
Jane Fonda
Low key elegant and appropriate. Since the night isn’t about her, and she’s also 86 years old, this is more than enough. She looks great.
Laura Dern
This is a pretty great look for her, although the shoulder seams are pretty heavy.
Madelaine Petsch in Donna Karan
Kind of a dreary-looking dress if we’re being honest.
Malin Akerman in By Malina
It’s fine. The shoes are pretty cute, but the dress is too plain for them.
Michelle Pfeiffer
Michelle, you deserve better.
Sheryl Crow
The dress is fine. The luggage strap is awful.
