The very pretty stars of the upcoming Furiosa hit the stage at Comic Con Experience in Sao Paolo to serve looks (sort of) and unveil the eye-popping trailer (below). We’re of course more concerned with the former than the latter.
He is doing the bare minimum and she looks fairly ridiculous. Glad we could clear things up. It’s clearly not a fashion event (in line with most comic conventions), although there’s nothing wrong with an actor getting a little gussied up for one if they have a project to promote. We figure he’s exactly how a male action star should dress for this sort of thing and she’s… wearing wet toilet paper. In terms of coordinating their looks for the venue, we think she’s the one who’s out of step here. The outfit is inherently silly on its own merits, but it looks all that much sillier in this setting.

As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.
Taylor-Joy stars in the title role, and along with Hemsworth, the film also stars Alyla Browne and Tom Burke.
Not gonna lie, that looks amazing.
