File this one under “Celebrities aren’t like us.” John Legend stopped by the CBS Mornings studio in a really cute sweater that make all of us look like tragic clowns if we tried it ourselves.

Actually, that’s not quite fair or true. It’s possible that you, gentle reader, can make a bright yellow sweater with big white flowers all over it look cool and chic. We don’t know your life or your skills, so we won’t speak for you. All we know is that this sweater is covetable but that it tells lies and we should stay far away from it. In related news, it’s styled really well – for John Legend. We reiterate our point about the sweater and include off-white pants with that assessment. Cute on John Legend, comical on most other folks. But if you think you can make it work, we double-dog dare you to try it.
