Covering Kathryn Hahn’s promotional style takes us back to our earliest days in the aughts blogging world – in the sense that we always have to fight that aughts-blogging-forged urge to say something much meaner than we’d say today. And we don’t want to be mean to Kathryn Hahn! We love her! But this lady?
She makes some choices, we’ll tell you what. This is definitely going to wind up in a “What were we thinking” post-trend slideshow somewhere someday. This always seems to be the problem with any Big Suit trend. It always veers wildly off the track almost instantly, going from “slouchy and comfortable” to “child playing in grownup clothes.” Why is that? You don’t see dresses go through this kind of thing.
