We stan a supportive godmother. Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis walked the red carpet for her godson Jake Gyllenhaal’s new movie Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant. As a further show of solidarity, the two stars dressed identically.
Sure, the clothes are a little dull and unphotogenic, but she’s earned the break from poledancing (not to mention this isn’t her project to promote) and he never really got a handle on public promotional style, so it’s all expected. Jake seems very proud of his watch, but if he was trying to fulfill some sort of agreement with the brand, he should’ve worn something a little more interesting to go with it. If we peer really closely, we can tell that everything he’s wearing is of fine, high quality, but it’s all so generic and difficult to see that it pretty much doesn’t matter. The man needs someone to light a fire under him, stylistically speaking.
