Dead Ringer star Rachel Weisz is circling the globe promoting her new series, but we feel like we’ve been a bit meh on her style efforts of late. Consider the following:

If we’re being honest, that’s a pretty great dress. Midnight blue tends to look great on daylight red carpets, especially if there’s some sparkle in the equation. It’s a classic shape and style that looks great on a wide range of wearers and Miss Rachel falls neatly within that group. It fits her, it suits her, it’s classically chic. So why are we bored? Does it need more jewelry? An up do? Better sandals? We’re asking for real. The only bit of concrete criticism we can offer is that the bust embellishments complicate would should be a very simple design, making her boobs look a little waffle-y. Aside from that, we’re puzzled as to why we don’t love this as much as we should. Help us out here. Are we right and this is underwhelming? Are we wrong and this is perfect?
