Nope star and well-earned Time100 honoree Keke Palmer chose to celebrate the honor by turning to Christian Siriano for the ultimate party dress. And by that we mean a dress that IS a party:
Yes, she looks like a shower puff, but a fabulously exuberant shower puff. We think only she could pull off a dress like this one. You need a ton of personality and a good sense of humor for it to work. She’s got both in excess. With any other look, we might consider those sandals to be a little close to tacky, but they make a hilariously perfect accompaniment to the dress. The whole look is wearer-specific and it’s hard to deny that it landed on the right wearer.
