Cute, but wildly unbalanced, yes? A black turtleneck under a a cute sleeveless minidress, finished with a pair of white pumps? We can’t help wondering if she’s sweating up top or chilly down below. Still, we hate to admit that the sweater/dress combo might work better for us with a less summer-y pair of shoes. It might even make a cute cold-weather outfit with a pair of tights. Mark this day, kittens. This is the day we said a turtleneck and mini-dress combination might work. We doubt you’ll see it again on this site, as God is our witness.
