Because of a host of other commitments (like taking most of the week off in Las Vegas), we probably won’t get to a review of Black Widow, unless we have the time (and the hotel wifi) to pull off a podcast later in the week. For now, we’ll say this: Florence Pugh is on the verge of becoming the next Marvel superstar. And for the film’s first real red carpet event, she opted to dress like the next-level movie star she’s about to become.
She did not, however, opt for the kind of movie star ensemble we love. Like we said the other day, we kinda love this gal’s approach to fashion, which seems to be all about having fun and wearing what she wants. Does her taste run a little tacky? Yes. Does she always pick the best cuts, shapes and styles for her? No. But she’s clearly feeling herself in these shots and we’re too relaxed right now to make an issue of how much we dislike what she’s wearing. But hey, the shoes are cute and the choker’s pretty fabulous.
We honestly can’t tell if the top was designed to sit like that or if it just doesn’t fit her.
