Of all the post-David Rose style directions available to Dan Levy (and his somewhat clear-to-us commitment to moving past his signature character’s signature look), of all the various choices and luxury goods now at his fingertips, along with is obvious adeptness at wearing high-fashion pieces, we don’t think we ever could have predicted this particular route for him.

And we damn sure never would have predicted this Little Soldier Boy drag would actually look amazing on him. Who knew he was so into Hamilton?

We think it’s long past time for this to become conventional wisdom: Dan Levy is really stylish and has a range much broader than his roles or even his looks suggest. You’d think a guy with such a distinctive look in the face and hair would be somewhat limited in the kinds of styles he can pull off, but it’s becoming more and more clear that he doesn’t seem to have much in the way of limitations when it comes to high fashion. This is normally the kind of thing only a young male pop star could make work.
