Given her public style history, we would expect nothing less than a highly discussable ensemble from Miss Rita. What we did not expect – what no one in their right mind would ever expect – is that she’d wear an ugly dress over a dreary dress and call it a day.

Granted, she didn’t design this mess but she chose it. That part’s on her. Even if we could somehow bring ourselves to defend the design by calling in interesting or praising it for not being boring, we just can’t get past how hideous those colors are.
