All due respect to Mr. Cent, who clearly doesn’t skip leg day, but suits aren’t supposed to fit like activewear. This is a nice suit and we don’t mind when a swole guy wants to go a little snug, but when you look like you can barely move in it, you definitely need to go up a size or two.

If she were the 35-year-old CEO of a cutting edge cosmetics company making a pitch at an industry conference or unveiling a new product line for the shareholders – or even if she was just playing one in a movie – we would applaud this ensemble. Here in the relatively real world, it just looks precocious on her.

This is strikingly gorgeous but it seems to us it’s more suited to a photo call on a Cannes beach than it is an industry trade event. We’re all for using the time to grab the spotlight and stand out, so kudos to her. But it does feel just a bit tryhard in this setting.

We’re seeing an awful lot of oversized jackets with split details on them lately. We tend not to love such fussy designs for promo events, but this looks really great on her. We would not have rec’d the matchy bag, though.
