We will some day look back on 2019 as the year all the women on the red carpet dressed like they were in a religious cult and all the men dressed like hitmen in a Bond movie. In other words, we are so very tired of men wearing black t-shirts with black suits and black dress shoes. It’s boring, it’s unimaginative, and it’s stale as hell. Yes, he’s adorable. Stay focused here.
Mr. Smith is clearly feeling himself and we don’t blame him. That’s a deceptively spectacular outfit. At first glance, you think it’s all about that gorgeous coat, which looks like a houndstooth map of Africa. That would be pretty fabulous on its own, but that sweater’s pretty gorgeous too. And the leather pants lend it just the right level of rock-and-roll formality to it. Sometimes Will veers a bit too close to DadFashion, but this is damn stylish – and he clearly knows it.
