A bunch of dudes dressed like priests and gangsters, plus one actress in a nightgown and Colman Domingo putting everyone to shame. It’s the Disclosure Day London premiere red carpet, kittens. We gave Emily Blunt her own spotlight post because we felt her game had been stepped up and needed to be recognized, but let’s check in on her co-stars, shall we?
Wyatt Russell
This is fantastic. He still tends to wear jackets that are a little small in the shoulders and he might benefit from a little shoulder pad action to balance that out. The tie is okay but it feels like a missed opportunity to do something interesting.
Eve Hewson
It’s kind of amazing how the male stars of this film are routinely lapping the female stars on the style front. This whole look feels like an afterthought. The vaguely cummerbund-ish bodice is kind of interesting, but you can barely see it and the rest of the garment looks overworked.
Colin Firth
It’s not particularly interesting, but he looks professional and well-presented. We stopped expecting more from him a long time ago.
Josh O’Connor in Dior
We’re loving what his team has been doing with his hair of late. We also love the shamrock brooch. The rest of it? A little disappointing, if we’re being honest.
Colman Domingo in Dunhill
SPECTACULAR. Everyone else, go home. We do think the pattern-mixing on the suit pieces is a little questionable, if only because it takes a second to register at all, but the styling here is so good that we can’t make an issue of it. LOVE that tie.
