Here are three pretty people promoting their latest project, CLEARLY having not conferred as to the dress code of this situation.

They don’t even look like people who know each other.

You’re a middle-aged man. We don’t care if you want to wear sneakers on the red carpet, but if you go around with them untied, looking for all the world like a kindergartener on school picture day, we reserve the right to sneer. The sweater is fun. We just wish he hadn’t paired it with dadpants.

This is cute, if a little generic. We really like the rolled-up sleeves. We thought it was an inspired styling choice, but that’s how the dress is presented in the look book.

We’re not sure why we don’t love this. Maybe it’s the blue/brown/mustard color story. Maybe it’s the slightly goofy shoes. Maybe it’s the fact that the jacket sleeves are too short or that the buttoned-up/no-tie look is starting to come off pretty dated. We give him credit for putting the effort in (and for being very pretty while doing so), but this isn’t really working for us.

That looks pretty good. We’ve barely heard anything about this film before now.
