We were going to put this one up to a vote, but then we discovered two things. First, that we actually really like it and second, that she’s sporting a cast, which is almost certainly going to skew the results.
Especially since her cast comes off so … chic somehow. It’s perfectly balanced by the ensemble. It turns out she had wrist surgery but we’ve got give her and her team credit for making it work somehow. It helps that the outfit is bold, white, and exuberantly shaped. We’re on record as not particularly loving the pant/skirt or pant/train hybrid attempts of late, but this really works for her. The shoulder and the train are well-balanced, giving the look a sweep and sense of drama without the fuss of a gown. The shoes are the right size and proportion for the look, but the white satin does tend to look a bit bridal. The hair and earrings are STUNNING. We’d say Miss Jessica brought her A game this time. It’s a great look.
