So far, we’ve highlighted what was pretty much the norm on the Avengers: Endgame premiere red carpet. That is to say, unobjectionable, but mostly fairly standard style choices from the main cast. But Miss Zoe, being Miss Zoe, went another way. And she’s so far outside “unobjectionable but mostly fairly standard” that we feel a vote should be called on the merits of her look. Brace yourselves. It’s a lot.
But is it too much? Or just enough. Can you believe that, of all the elements to focus on, we can’t tear ourselves away from the sandals because the shade of pink is just a little off from the dress? What can we say? We’re professional nitpickers. As for the design, we think it’s more than a bit overdone, but we also think a premiere like this – not just the biggest superhero film of all time, but a red carpet populated with half of the Hollywood A List – calls for a little focus-pulling fashion if a gal wants to secure herself some spotlight time. Despite the slight mismatch of the shoes, it’s an impressively cohesive look, bringing the color story to such details as her eye makeup and her earrings. We’re not normally fans of that much matchy-ness in a look, but for a dress this busy, we think it’s a pretty good idea. We’re mostly okay with his, but we fully admit we don’t like the dress design at all. Still, final call goes to the kittens:
