Like Cardi B’s vintage Mugler, this feels a bit beyond any conventional style critiques. Seriously, how would that even go? “Hmm. Her space hat doesn’t really coordinate well with her pumps.” Having said that, an admirable job was done at unifying the look by snagging those super-matchy pumps. It turns a fairly overwhelming dress into a sci-fi uniform. If we really wanted to be whiny about it, we suppose we could mention that we hate the hem. Intellectually, we know it’s deliberate, but our senses keep trying to tell us she was attacked by something on the way there.
