Okay, sure. It’s not Vogue-Cover tasteful but good Party Girl style doesn’t have to be. We don’t love this – especially the sheer panels holding the  bodice together, but there’s a kind of playfully fun aspect to it, combining a high-fashion, high-drama skirt with a bodice that looks like the start of a Cher costume.

That skirt says “I’m ready to hit the dance floor,” but the bodice says “Where I will not be raising my hands in the air like I just don’t care.” Still, like the gown, it combines a party aesthetic with a high-fashion one, making for a fairly good red carpet choice for an event like this one. It takes a good picture and she looks hot. Mission accomplished.

But are we wrong to think her hair and makeup look a little off at both events?
