Machine Gun Kelly came to The Tonight Show in his two style modes: rockstar and Nice Young Man. We swear we’re not being shady when we note he’s much better at working the latter style than the former. Okay, maybe we’re being a little shady. First, the Nice Young Man:
No objections! True, we’re not fans of horsebit loafers and we loathe white dress socks, but we can’t fault the guy for following the trends and besides, the rest of the outfit is damn near flawless. Love that knit polo and the shade of brown looks great on him. And now, the attempt at rockstar style:
It’s all looking extremely ’90s to us and we think he’s probably just a bit too old to attempt working styles from his childhood. The sweater’s nice. The Marlboro-inspired jacket’s a little goofy.
