Doll Girl can’t stop, won’t stop. Living fashion doll Anya Taylor-Joy has been serving up high-fashion looks on the publicity tour for The Menu at a rate even we find it hard to keep up with. If she doesn’t love fashion, she’s doing a very good acting job of portraying someone who absolutely lives for it.

Did we mention that they were eye-popping looks? We kinda feel that goes without saying when discussing her style. What’s interesting about this dress is that it looks pretty simple and conventional at first glance, but gets wilder as you take it in. Do we like it? Not really, no. The pearls look craft-store to us and while we’re not scandalized by the… we hesitate to call it a cutout. It’s more like a canyon. Anyway, we’re not offended by it, but we do think it takes this dress directly to a nighttime look. It’s an odd choice for a daytime talk show.

Serving you Barbie Girl realness in another dress that doesn’t quite feel like daytime frock. That bust is hellaciously over-designed, but if you just removed the lavender ruffles, it would be tremendously improved. Having said that, she should probably just stay away from pale pinks altogether. She looks stunning when she leans into her paleness,  but this color does nothing for her.
