We know we’re supposed to be cynical old blogger bitches about this sort of thing, but we can’t help it. We’re happy to see these two crazy kids back together and clearly in love.
We just wish it had resulted in a revitalized take on each of their personal styles. Okay, yes. That was the bitchy blogger part coming through. As we said, we’re happy for them both but we’re not happy with their bland style choices here. His suit is so generic as to not have any worth in discussing it further. His chinstrap facial hair is ten years out of style. Do better, Orly.
As for her dress, the chains feel like an overwrought attempt to give a basic prom dress some edge and the sleeve situation is clearly not something she feels like showing off. Or showing at all, considered how much and how consistently she’s hiding her left side from the cameras. We don’t love the color but it’s very trendy.
Katy, we are not-so-patiently awaiting the day when you get over the blonde anchorwoman hair. It is so very not working for you, dear.
