Grammy Awards 2026: Sabrina Carpenter in Valentino: IN or OUT?

We’ve been opinionating on the Grammys red carpet for nearly 24 hours now, so we’re going to turn the final call on this one over to you. Sabrina Carpenter came to the Grammys in a sweetly precious dress that looked like something Dolly Parton might have worn circa 1986. As we mentioned in our Cosmo writeup, that is most definitely not a mark against it.

We like this more than you might assume, even though we HATE tiered skirts and we tend to dislike overly precious fashion. But it suits her and the bodice is genuinely pretty. We feel we should point out that the “ruffles” are actually all little flounces pinned all in a row. We admit to liking the effect a little more than a series of true ruffles, if only because it lends the skirt a delicacy and slightly sexy vibe. Our main critique here is that there’s just too much going on and it could’ve used an edit or two. Also, we’re not loving the flat hair. This is a dress that demands hair halfway to Jesus. Anyway, that’s us, not our offering our opinion AT ALL. Your turn:
