Very nice, professor. You just need a wider tie than that.
Brittany Snow in Lein
She looks great in such a simple design, but the look feels like it’s missing something. Those faux pearl straps are a little goofy.
Elizabeth Olsen in Khaite
Love this. We’d just recommend hemming those pants a little and zhuzhing the hair some.
Gavin Casalegno
Very cute, but the pants look like they’re about to slide right off him and we don’t think the pointy toed shoes are the right choice.
Heidi Klum in Balmain
No problems here.
Jackie Tohn in Wiederhoeft
Oof. That’s hideous. You can’t just slap a corset and a pair of opera gloves on any shitty frock and call it formal.
Jenna Ortega in Amiri
It’s fancy lingerie, but it’s one of the better iterations of this style we’ve seen lately. The color is pretty and the subtle sparkle elevates it, as does the wrap, which is kind of fun.
Jessica Biel
Girl, your blouse is trying to do way too much.
Katie Lowes in LPA
The bodice is okay, but that is one dingy looking skirt.
Kerry Washington in David Koma
Sorry, but that’s a ridiculous peplum. It’s out of proportion to the dress and it sits too high. Rip that thing off and the whole look improves.
Kim Petras
This is horrible. Everything looks cheap and it’s not a well-styled or considered look at all. There’s a way to do a campy spin on ’80s aerobic styles and still have it look like fashion. This is a thrown-together Halloween costume.
Miles Heizer
Burst out laughing. We don’t want to be too hard on any male star who winds up doing way too much with their look; not a time when the majority of them are showing up to red carpet events looking like they’re working security for them. So huzzah to you, Miles Heizer, for taking a risk. Unfortunately, everything you’re wearing is incredibly dumb.
Supriya Ganesh
It’s elegant, but it’s generic. The ankle strap isn’t right with that hem length.
Tonatiuh in Antonio Marras
Nothing wrong with that. The pants aren’t fitting great, however. And we’d probably have rec’d a shirt color other than black, but he’s clearly feeling himself and we like that it’s not another corporate suit.
Zazie Beetz in Rat & Boa
This looks great on her. The fit is perfect and her hair completes the look. We like the rather delicate pendant.
