Theory is thrilled to introduce the launch of the Fall 2025 campaign and collection, ‘Made by NYC,’ spotlighting Emmy-nominated actress Britt Lower and American Ballet Theatre Principal Dancer Calvin Royal III, two talents whose careers were born and built in New York.

The Fall 2025 collection campaign was shot by Joshua Woods and styled by Jasmine Hassett. The campaign captures the rhythm and resilience of New York through the lens of two artists who embody its movement, energy, and attitude, all while wearing foundational Theory styles designed to keep pace. Britt and Calvin showcase the brand’s signature fall layers—crisp wool tailoring and soft and merino knits are paired back to paired back to seasonal sleek leather, denim, and cashmere pieces. Rooted in Theory’s deep connection to New York, the campaign champions the city as both muse and maker. It is a celebration of the collective commitment to creativity, innovation, craftsmanship, and ambition shared by the artists and brand. Britt and Calvin—whose creative paths were forged in the studios, theatres, and streets of New York— embody the essence of what it means to be Made by NYC.

“New York has truly shaped me as an artist. Understanding that Theory draws inspiration from the city—its architecture and the art of everyday life—means a lot to me,” Britt Lower shares. “The clothing reflects an elegant minimalism that exudes quiet confidence. To me, it’s the essence of New York.”

“Like the ballet, Theory is graceful, elegant, classic and precise,” shares Calvin Royall III. “They understand the poetry and rhythm of New York. The clothing moves with intention, and as a dancer, that makes all the difference.”
