The only reason we don’t feature more sidewalk sashays these days is because they’re not as obvious as they used to be (Oh, how we miss the days of Taylor Swift’s Empty Purses Tour) and the stars have gotten better at pretending to be annoyed by the very photographers their publicists called, so you’re left with a lot of “Why can’t you leave these stars alone?” responses. But when a set of “candid” celebrity pictures drops in your lap complete with a listing of every high-end label item the star wore while being photographed, we feel it’s safe to assume that this was all planned. To be clear, we would have figured Jennifer Lawrence was engaging in the tradition without all that information. Just one look at her outfit confirmed it:

Girlfriend’s sporting well north of $10,000 worth of items and she’s not exactly going incognito. And why should she? She looks great. We love pretty much everything she’s got going on here, including the sweatpants. It’s a great hi-lo look (although we’re not seeing much “lo”) anchored by that incredible coat.
