Anya Taylor-Joy is making the press rounds ahead of the premiere of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, in which she once again voices Princess Peach. We are pleased to announce that she is not wearing pink or peach for the moment.

Instead, she’s keeping it slinky and pale. It’s… fine. Somehow it manages to seem both a little overdressed and a little underdressed at the same time, which is fairly impressive. It’s not really a day dress, which is why it comes off a little formal, but it’s also not particularly well styled, which is why she also comes off a little unfinished. She’d look odd piling on a bunch of jewelry in the day, but this look feels unfinished somehow. Basically, don’t wear an evening dress in the day time unless you can pull off casual styling with it. This dress begs for the full treatment.
