We made a few cracks about how Reese Witherspoon is promoting her new comedy You’re Cordially Invited while dressed like a studio executive, but this is the most “heading to the office” look she’s sported yet. In fact, this strikes us as a bit of a surprising shift in her style.
We can’t remember the last time we saw her in a pantsuit. We’re sure she must have worn them at some point in our fifteen years of covering her, but in our minds, she’s strictly a sassy dress kind of gal. We can’t say we love this, however. We’ll stipulate that the suit looks better in the studio (which is, of course, the only thing that matters), but we don’t think this periwinkle shade actually flatters her all that much and we really dislike the camel and brown accessories with it. Great coat and bag, though.
