We apologize to all of our readers for showing you frumpy dresses today. It would seem the stars are collectively going through it at the moment and don’t have the energy to dazzle us in the manner we’ve come to expect from them. Fortunately for all of us, there’s Jodie Turner-Smith, who simply doesn’t know how to stop herself from being dazzling. The star of The Agency came to the Las Vegas amfAR Gala in a loud and unmissable Cavalli gown.

Unfortunately, it’s not a particularly pretty gown. We appreciate the boldness of the print, but it’s a little on the busy side and the colors aren’t all that great for pictures, although they do look good on her. But really, it’s the lace trim and insert that bugs the most. But the styling is fantastic and the jewelry, hair and even the mani all elevate the look. Surprisingly, the shoes are kind of basic. Still, we’ll take this over the nunwear the ladystars have been foisting on us of late.
