There was a mini Riverdale reunion as Madeline Petsch welcomed her former co-stars Lili Reinhart and Camile Mendes to the red carpet at the premiere of her new horror film The Strangers: Chapter 1.

It’s got a sort of “Dracula’s Daughter but make it glam” vibe, which seems kind of right for the occasion. We can’t say we love the gloves, but they’re at least an interesting take on the sheer glove trend. We can’t help thinking the dress needs a pendant, although that would take it an even dressier direction and it would look weird going over the top in this setting. Also, the lace panel in the bodice is awful.

This color looks fantastic on her, but we find ourselves wishing the dress was in one or the other textile. The combination cheapens the look of each of them and we hate the way they marry.

Camila Mendes in Altuzarra

To us, this is probably the most “correct” of the three looks, in the sense that it’s pretty and suits her well but isn’t too grandiose. We like the shoes, but we wish they’d either matched the dress or had been in a darker color. The white pulls the eye straight down.
