Evidently, the buzz surrounding Emilia Perez is so hot that people are predicting a ton of annoying discourse surrounding it when the public gets to see it. We live for that sort of thing. We hope everyone involved has an amazing career year of people yelling about them. It’s what actors live for. Let’s give them that other thing they live for: attention. And accompanying judgment, of course.

That skirt looks like it was made in ten minutes out of a hotel bedsheet because something unfortunate happened to the real skirt she was supposed to be wearing. Because she’s French, we presume it was a combination of cigarette burn and red wine stain.

Oooh, someone is definitely in her Prestige Actress era. The gown is pretty, although it feels more appropriate for someone three or four decades older. The jewelry is stunning, but not quite right for it. We think you need to be strapless to work that collar piece effectively.
