At the Cannes Film Festival premiere of her heavily buzzed film The Substance, Demi Moore’s left boob tried to make a break for it.

Look, we love a piece with a real sense of drama and weirdness to it for a red carpet outing. And she’s actually really well suited to severe and bizarre fashion. But we’re afraid we will forever refer to this as the “He went thataway” gown. We don’t hate this as much as you might assume. Oh, sure. We loathe that Champagne color with a passion, but that and the puckery seams are the only parts that truly bug us. The boob wing is impractical and it’s out of proportion with the rest of the design but we expect a Schiaparelli gown on a Cannes red carpet to be at least a little weird.
