And now, beautiful people in nice clothes trying to get you to buy their wares. Monkey Man stars Dev Patel and Sobhita Dhulipala took different approaches to their style for the Los Angeles premiere.

We support any man’s effort to pull dressy menswear away from the business suit. This is crisp and impeccable, despite the semi-casual vibe. Pairing it with a killer pair of dress shoes was smart. We’re a bit less enamored of the t-shirt, however. We think you can pair a jacket like that with a buttoned shirt and even a tie if you wanted to. The color looks fantastic on him.

She looks gorgeous, but we’re not feeling that combination of skirt and pant. There are plenty of ways to make a gown work with a pair of pants, but a tapered skirt paired with flares is an awkward combination. She needed either a fuller skirt or a slimmer cut of pants. The sloppy hem job isn’t helping. Love the earrings, though.
