Nicholas Galitzine and Anne Hathaway unveiled their new cougar flick The Idea of You at SXSW.

We don’t necessarily think they’re doing method dressing for the occasion, but they do actually look like a couple here, in the sense that she put more effort into her look than he did.

Actually, that’s not quite fair. It’s clearly a very fine suit; finer than SXSW calls for, actually. But it looks so drab and sloppy on him. We’re sure everything he’s wearing was carefully curated, but it looks thrown together.

This is cute. We kinda thought it might have been an archival or vintage piece because it has that vibe, which is a nicer way of saying it feels just a little stale as a design. Even so, she looks great and the shoes are a super-fun way to finish the look off.

ABOUT THE MOVIE:
Synopsis: The film centers on Solène, a 40-year-old single mom who begins an unexpected romance with 24-year-old Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine), the lead singer of August Moon, the hottest boy band on the planet. When Solène must step in to chaperone her teenage daughter’s trip to the Coachella Music Festival after her ex bails at the last minute, she has a chance encounter with Hayes and there is an instant, undeniable spark. As they begin a whirlwind romance, it isn’t long before Hayes’ superstar status poses unavoidable challenges to their relationship, and Solène soon discovers that life in the glare of his spotlight might be more than she bargained for.
