We interrupt all of these high-falutin’ awards season gownery to give you America’s Favorite Soft Butch freeing the nip on a New York City sidewalk. Kristen Stewart stopped by the Colbert studios to promote Love Lies Bleeding and we only have two questions about her look.

The first is why she’d wear something so flimsy on a New York street in March and the second is how she managed to obscure her nips for TV. We think it’s a pretty hot ensemble, but she’s not really doing anything with it. The knee-his look stupid with it and the style really calls for a little bit more polish in the hair and makeup. It’s such an odd choice for a sit-down interview. She’s cocky enough to think she could’ve made it work, but we don’t think she actually did.
