Sarah Jessica Parker came out to the Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of the documentary she produced, Bang My Box: The Robin Byrd Story, about the New York cable access legend. She did not engage in any theme-dressing for the occasion.
But crocheted string bikinis aren’t really her style. Lacey pseudo-pajamas? That’s totally SJP. Inexplicably, this almost works. We don’t like the proportions on that center lace panel and we don’t think a black bra or black shoes were the right way to go here. We’re also getting really tired of the current trend to just let cords and sashes hang instead of tying them. To be fair, we wouldn’t actually love it if there was a bow at the top but at least it wouldn’t feel like she forgot to do herself up.
