It’s the week before Christmas and the celebrity style offerings are starting to slow down, but at least we have Jessica Chastain wearing something weird on The Tonight Show to talk about.

It looks like she’s wearing some sort of work smock over a glittery shirt; like she just has to finish her shift at the hair salon before she can head out to the Christmas party. The dress design is so plain as to be instantly forgettable except for those sleeves, which are not so much memorable as they are irritating to look at. We admit to being a little obsessive about this, but we hate long, loose, cuffless sleeves. They always look a little sloppy to our eyes.
