Miss Lupita attended the LACMA Art + Film Gala and that should be enough news to make you clap your hands in glee, sitting as you are in the middle of a red carpet desert at the moment. Unfortunately, she wore a Gucci with some questionable qualities…
We won’t claim that we love this unreservedly, but it has some appealing elements and it’s being elevated tremendously by the wearer. First, the color looks amazing on her. Second, we think the skirt is gorgeous and it works perfectly fine as an unlined sheer. The makeup is gorgeous, the jewelry is perfect and the bod looks slamming. But the peekaboo design of the bust and that bizarre stomach panel come pretty close to ruining the look for us. We think she sells it, but we really don’t like the way the bodice is designed.
