We’ve been enjoying watching Jennifer Lawrence on a worldwide promo tour again. We’d forgotten just how much her fashion can veer from the almost chic to complete wackadoo on the T Lo style scale. So believe us when we tell you that the following assessment is not a backhanded compliment or damning with faint praise.

We don’t hate this! Look, we have some issues with that sheer panel/top, the shoulders are too broad even for these two shoulderpad-loving queens, and the shoes are hideous, but there’s just something goofily offbeat about the whole look. We don’t hate it because we think it’s fun to look at, but we don’t love it if we’re looking at it purely from a chicness/elegance/style perspective. It makes sense in our heads.
