Credit-where-it’s-due time: We usually rag on Idris Elba for being too casual in his red carpet choices, but mister really brought it for the New York premiere of Luther: Fallen Sun.
The cut of the pants definitely isn’t to our tastes, but we think the loose fit of the whole look allows him that casual level of comfort, while the colors and the fine quality of the pieces do all the work of making him look premiere-ready. It’s an incredibly photogenic look. We wish he’d buttoned the jacket, but the man likes his fits hanging.
