High-level awards track campaigning is officially underway and we are absolutely DELIGHTED to observe that Everything Everywhere All At Once Star (and best actress nominee shoo-in) Michelle Yeoh appears to be fully committed to NOT adhering to the Prestige Actress dress code. In other words, you better prepare yourself for the scrolldown.
We warned you, did we not? Even if our warnings fell on non-listening ears, we figure the fact that she’s wearing Schiaparelli was warning enough. Do we love this design? No, not really. The skirt is pretty silly and jarring. But we DO love that she’s going this route in her campaigning style and we hope she continues to seek out the weird, jarring, and partially unwearable all the way up to the front door of the Oscars.
