Not that he strikes us as the type to dress up according to a theme, but he does have an occasional history of goofing around on the red carpet. This is all fine, even if it is D&G. We like the sublety of the color story.

Given how draggy her makeup got and how disco her dresses got during the The Eyes of Tammy Faye promo tour (which did, after all, land her an Oscar), we’re really surprised that she’s in something sleek like this instead of putting on some version of cowgirl drag. That’s a rough color to pull off, but she’s managing it nicely. The simpleness of the design keeps it manageable. One ruffle in this color and you’re looking at a style disaster. She looks great.
