It’s not a bad gown at all, although it looks a little heavy and fusty. Having said that, we’d think the goal here would be to come off hot and young, but not so tryhard about it that she’d look a little strange next to two much older men. That this dress looks great on her AND looks appropriate for someone 20 years older than her means that she nailed the brief.

The gentlemen are somewhat beyond reproach, not because their style is impeccable, but because it’s purely workmanlike and gets the job done for both of them.
