Diego Boneta, Adria Arjona, Casey Thomas Brown, Chloe Fineman, Isabela Merced and Andy Garcia, the cast of the new Father of the Bride, came out for the film’s premiere in Miami and not one of them came quietly. Well…okay, Andy kinda took the easy route.
Diego Boneta (in Giorgio Armani) and Adria Arjona
We can’t imagine there wasn’t coordinating going on with this crowd. They look great together and they look great separately. He’s working one of the better white summer suits we’ve seen recently (and we’ve seen a lot). We like the dress, but we’re not feeling the sandals with it.
Chloe Fineman (in CD Greene) and Casey Thomas Brown (in Wiederhoeft)
You can’t claim they didn’t commit — and they definitely coordinated. They both kinda feel like they’re working a version of their characters for the red carpet. We can’t get mad at anyone who opts for that suit, which looks a party noisemaker in clothing form, but those shoes don’t do a thing for it. Her bag is entirely too much on its own but look positively low key with him in the picture.
Isabela Merced (in Christian Dior)
Simple, with all the impact in the color. We’d have liked a pendant.
Fine. If no one else will say it, then we will. Middle-aged (and older) men: Pairing jeans with dress shoes and a suit jacket is not a good look. If you want to dress up your jeans, do it with a sportscoat and pair them with casual shoes or boots. This hybrid situation is stale as hell and you don’t look dressy or casual in it; you just look confused. THERE. WE SAID IT. Someone had to.
We are so very not the crowd for this.
