It looks better when she’s standing, which makes us think this would’ve been a great choice for a red carpet or photo call. Still, the color looks fantastic on her and she seems perfectly comfortable in it. She got the top (frame and bring focus to the face) and the bottom (a dazzling pair of shoes) exactly right.
