We’ll be heading out to catch a preview of The Devil Wears Prada 2 this afternoon so we can tell you all about it (in a non-spoiler kind of way) for tomorrow’s podcast. In the meantime, here’s Emily Blunt, making one last pitch to buy tickets, as she visits the Tonight Show in a whimsically businesslike look that we love.
Granted, we’d have preferred she remembered to button her blouse — again, not because we’re prudes, but because we think it looks like she forgot to button her blouse. Anyway, we just love the “’90s NBA star” cut of the suit and the embroidered collar of the shirt takes it to a more traditionally femme vibe. She looks sharp and pretty. The necklace is well-chosen. We’re already sick of the return of the Rockstuds, but as we noted the other day, at least we’re seeing a return to fun footwear. We also said we’d like to see a return to fun earrings and we’re not sure if those chains apply, but they’re at least interesting.
