Andrew Garfield and Daisy Edgar-Jones hit the red carpet for their little Mormon Murder Mystery show in high – or at least highly discussable -style.

We are pleased to report that Andrew Garfield has not slacked off on his style post-Oscars campaign. He wore some amazingly beautiful suits in the last six months and it looks like he’s not going to abandon that any time soon. This is how you do traditional men’s suiting on a red carpet and not come off like you’re a studio accountant who scored an invite. The cut here is slightly odd; the jacket’s a little on the long side, but it’s perfectly tailored to him otherwise. The lapels are insanely wide and the pants are full. We don’t think this combination of elements would work on every build, but he’s tall, slim and broad-shouldered, so it looks great on him. We are IN LOVE with the tie and shirt combination. Alexander Skarsgard, this is how you do it.
Daisy Edgar-Jones
Well, it’s certainly a look. We don’t think we can really embrace the idea of fur trimmed skirts, even if the fur is of the faux variety. It’s just too heavy-looking and the nearly bare feet sticking out from under it looks odd to us. We like a molded bust as much as any two fashion queens, but this one looks like two satin bowls were placed over the dress. There’s too much pulling surrounding them. We’d be okay with the frog closures if they weren’t competing with the other somewhat questionable elements here. It’s strange. Overall, we’d say there’s too much going on with this dress and yet the design feels underwhelming to us.
