This is not good, to our eyes. We feel like this should go without saying, but if you’re wearing a Chanel frock ripped fresh from the runway, at the very least, you should expect it to look expensive and well made, no? We doubt that it is, but that textile looks cheap. Maybe it’s the grape juice-stain color that’s throwing us or maybe it’s the overuse of the brand logo. Then again, it could be the overall shape, which is kind of dowdy. And since we’ve crossed over into nitpicky, we may as well add that the buttons don’t look like they belong with the style of dress. They look more like suit or coat buttons. Her hair and makeup are as gorgeous as always, though. The Chanel logo earrings are definitely too much with the dress.
