Do you know we ACTUALLY FORGOT this dress? We were all set to wrap things up with a Golden Globes red carpet rundown post when Lo said to T, “Say, where’s Charlize?” Somehow, this look fell through the cracks and we forgot about it until the last minute. Which would normally be a signal that said frock was somehow lacking in excitement or that we failed to render an opinion on it, but the reverse is actually true this time. We have VERY strong opinions on this one and in fact, mentioned it in our piece for Cosmopolitan. It’s very simple, really.
HATE IT.
Hate the shade of green, hate the half-assed “My dress has come undone” motif. Enough with the visible boning, designers. This isn’t Project Runway. You have time to finish your dresses.
