Because ATTENTION MUST BE PAID.

We’ve been mildly ragging on this crew for their weird promo style choices, so we like to pretend that this sudden turn of stylish events is due entirely to their collective fear that we would continue to be mean to them if they didn’t step things up.

Granted, he still hasn’t taken our “advice,” (and by that we mean our orders) to not wear vests because he’s just not a guy who should be asked to juggle too many style elements at once (plus they Santa Claus the hell out of him) but at least it’s a nice suit.

Well alright then. To borrow a phrase from our friends in the world of drag, The Rock really stepped his pussy up. What a gorgeous jacket – and a bold choice. You can’t make a hot pink dinner jacket work on a body the size of a Tesla unless the fit is impeccable. It’s a little too snug around his upper arm, although we wouldn’t be surprised if that was by design. The rest of the fit is flawless.

Okay, this is one of those looks that we know has some issues – the textile is kind of ugly, for one – but we have to admit we really love. And it’s one of those things we can’t quite articulate. It’s darkly dramatic and slightly odd in ways that are just perfect for her. We think we’re responding mostly to the skirt, which looks great. The bodice and sleeves are a bit too wrinkly, loose and shiny. Even so, we think she somehow makes it work for her. Makeup’s a bit harsh, though.

LOVE it. He’s not always on-point with his proportions, but this fits and suits him perfectly. He’s the first guy we’ve seen who can make that sort of extreme double-breasted cut work for him. We think the turtleneck is a fine choice (no, really), but this one looks a little heavy and basic.
